Q : Pls let me know How to pay after I ordered a painting on your web ?
A : After we received your order, and your confirmation about painting you wanted ( size, cost , other fees ..)
we will send our bank details so that you can make a T/T into our bank account.
Q : How about shipping ? Is it Door-to-Door delivery ?
A : Yes, We will use a Express courier ( Fedex , TNT or DHL..) to deliver painting to you.
Door-to-Door delivery.
Q : Do you send the painting in tube or keep it flat in a crate ?
A : According to the client's requirement, We will ship the painting in a wooden crate or in a plastic tube.
Q : Can I have a certificate if I buy a painting ?
A : Ofcourse, you will have a certificate with artist's signature.It will be sent along with painting.
